Validate Your Business Idea in a Week
A short, structured way to test demand before you spend money on a name, a site, or inventory.
By VBA Core
Write the one-sentence version
"I help [specific person] to [specific outcome] by [what you do]." If you can't fill it in, the idea isn't ready to test yet.
Run the week
Five days, one job each. The goal is evidence, not a finished business.
- Day 1 — describe the customer and where they already gather
- Day 2 — talk to five of them about the problem, not your idea
- Day 3 — price a simple version of the offer
- Day 4 — offer it to three people and watch the reaction
- Day 5 — decide: proceed, adjust the offer, or change the customer
